You may import picture files using the Import image from file command under the Draw objects menu. Alternatively you may click on the 
button on the Draw tools toolbar. The following dialog will appear:

SectionMaker can import the image file using transparency defined by the color of the bottom left pixel of the image file. When selecting Yes on the above dialog the image will be imported using transparency. After the appropriate selection is made a dialog will appear where you can browse to the directory where your image file is stored, select it and click Open to import it. Supported image file formats are gif, jpg, bmp, ico, emf and wmf.
