To load a previously saved project file, click on the File menu and select the Open Project... command (alternatively you may click on the 
button located on the main toolbar). The software will prompt you with a question regarding saving the current project first.
Unless you click on the Cancel button the standard Windows load dialog will appear:

Browse to the directory where your project file is located, select it and click on the Open button.
